The Girls in Property Accelerator Programme runs twice a year, with cohorts starting in October (Thursday 2nd) and April. Enrolment closes once a cohort begins, as the programme is designed to be experienced together from start to finish. This ensures you get the full value of the 6-month journey while building a strong sense of community, shared progress, and accountability with your peers.

Each cohort is capped at 10 women. Keeping the group small and intimate means, you’ll receive plenty of personalised support from Akhtar and me, while also benefiting from the shared wisdom of your peers. With 10 women, you’ll not only hold each other accountable but also learn from questions and perspectives you might never have considered. It’s the perfect number for creating a powerful, connected, and supportive programme experience.

Yes, absolutely! This programme is designed for women in the first 0–3 years of their property journey. I created it to support those who are just starting out and need clarity to get moving, as well as those in the growth stage - or what I like to call the ‘messy middle.’ Over six months, we’ll work together to help you launch with confidence, stay aligned to your goals, or realign if you’ve been at it a couple of years and need fresh direction. Wherever you are, this programme is here to accelerate your journey and get you firmly on course.

Group mentoring sessions run twice a month, on the first and third Thursday at 7:30pm. The first Thursday is dedicated to a 90-minute strategy module call with Athena, while the third Thursday focuses on mindset in a 60-minute session with Akhtar.

That really depends on you - on the effort, focus, and sacrifices you’re willing to make. The live calls run fortnightly, adding up to around 150 minutes per month. Beyond that, the time you dedicate to your property business is your choice. I recommend aiming for at least one hour a day to really see results. The truth is, what you put in is what you’ll get out of this programme. Your time, energy, and commitment will shape your success, because ultimately, you’re in charge of your own destiny.

If you can’t make a live call, please let us know as early as possible. While we encourage you to attend live to get the most from the programme, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way. All sessions are recorded, and if you miss one, either Akhtar or I may follow up with you to ensure you’ve watched the replay and to answer any questions you might have about that module.

This programme is designed for group learning, so we won’t be reviewing individual deals or running deal clinics during the calls. Instead, the focus is on questions and discussions that benefit everyone.
