Who is this community for?
If you’ve found your way here, it’s likely because part of you feels lost and overwhelmed and doesn’t know where to start. Or part of you is quietly asking for more.

Maybe you are curious about property, but the industry feels noisy, crowded, and hard to trust, and you are not sure who to listen to or where to begin. You do not want to make the wrong move, but you also know you do not want to stay where you are.

You might be juggling work, relationships, responsibilities, and for some of you, motherhood too, while lying awake at night wondering if there is another way. You want to build something of your own, but the advice out there feels overwhelming and often disconnected from real life.

The room that lit the spark...
In summer 2022, I went to my first property networking event.​​
There were 45 people in the room and only three were women.
I will never forget how being there felt. Being outnumbered. Feeling like the odd one out in an industry I wanted to be part of.
​
I went home that night and started searching for UK-based communities, podcasts or networks that were specifically for women in property.
​Surely there had to be something.
​
​A membership? A podcast? A Facebook group? ANYTHING?
​
And there was…nothing.
​
No women-led community where we could ask questions without feeling silly.
No events where we weren’t the token few in the room.
No place to see women who looked and sounded like us, building what we wanted to build.
​
So I did what so many of us end up doing when we cannot find the thing we need.
​
I created it.
