Our Girls In Property Annual Retreat
Our biggest and boldest event of the year.
Friday 24th April 2026
Our Girls in Property Annual Retreats bring together over 80 women from across the property, finance and construction industries every year. Whether you're new to the industry or a seasoned pro, these events are created to support you at every stage of your journey.
We welcome expert guest speakers who cover a wide range of topics and share real stories from their journeys. One of my personal highlights from our last event was our Member Spotlight, featuring an incredible woman just one year into her property journey who had already built a portfolio of six properties.

Her story was honest, relatable, and showed what’s possible with the right support and focus.

Our Girls In Property in person events
Small groups. Big results.
There really is nothing like being in a room with the right people.

Throughout the year, Girls in Property hosts in person events designed to bring women together who want more from their lives and their property journey. Some of these will be bigger days for around 80 women, and some will be much smaller rooms of up to 10 women, creating a more intimate space where you can ask questions, be seen, and connect properly with others who get it.
​
You might join us for a Vision to Victory day, a CEO Day, or a Queen’s Table experience where we work through hot seat coaching and masterminding together. These rooms are created to help you move forward, from where you are now to where you actually want to be, with the right women around you.
​
Every event blends soul with strategy. We talk about mindset, confidence and clarity just as much as we talk about strategy, because real progress needs both. Our spaces are always designed to feel safe, supportive and abundant, so you leave feeling clearer, stronger and ready to take action.​

Our Girls In Property Summer Party
The Girls in Property Summer Beach Party, Bournemouth
In June 2025, a group of women from our community came together for the Girls in Property Summer Beach Party on Bournemouth Beach. The wind nearly blew us away, but the Pimms was flowing and the connections were undeniable.
This day meant a lot to me, as it was a clear reminder of what we’re building, a real community and a sense of family, where everyone feels seen and heard.
My aim is to bring more of these events to life across the UK in the coming months and years.

Our Girls In Property Winter Party

What a night at the Girls in Property Winter Party, 2025.
​
It reminded me that the best events are not always about the biggest speakers or how many courses someone can sell you. Sometimes it is simply about good company, real conversations, and an even better dance floor. And as we all know, there is no better dance floor than an all female one.
We were dancing, sipping drinks, and making the kind of meaningful connections I talk about so much. This is where real business happens, in the room, when people are relaxed and having fun.
​
This year, I am on a mission to make business feel lighter and more enjoyable, and our summer and winter parties are a big part of that.
​
