Girls In Property
Terms & Conditions
By accessing or purchasing any services from Girls in Property, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
About Us
Girls in Property is a UK based limited company providing education, mentoring, training, and access to a private community within the property space.
Community membership and commitment
Girls in Property hosts a private online community.
When you join the community, you are entering into a 12 month commitment.
You may choose to:
-
Pay annually upfront
-
Pay monthly over a 12 month period
Both options represent a full 12 month contractual agreement.
If you choose the monthly option, this is not a rolling subscription. You are responsible for paying the full 12 months, even if you leave early or are removed from the community.
Leaving or removal
If you leave the community before the end of your 12-month term, you remain responsible for all remaining payments due under your membership agreement.
If any payments become overdue or are cancelled before the end of the agreed membership term, the outstanding balance will remain payable.
Where reasonable attempts to recover payment have been unsuccessful and the outstanding balance requires formal recovery action, a £50 administration and recovery fee may be added to the outstanding balance to reflect the additional administrative costs incurred in managing and referring the account for recovery.
Girls in Property also reserves the right to refer any outstanding debt to a third-party debt recovery agency and/or pursue recovery through legal means. Any additional reasonable costs incurred in recovering the outstanding balance may also be added to the amount owed where permitted by law.
If we remove you from the community due to a breach of these terms or inappropriate behaviour, you will still be required to complete all remaining payments under your membership agreement.
Where a membership ends before completion of the agreed 12-month term, whether through cancellation, non-payment or early withdrawal, the member will not be eligible to rejoin the Girls in Property Community for a period of 12 months from the date their membership ends.
Mentoring and Training
Girls in Property offers one to one mentoring and group training programmes.
By enrolling in any programme, you agree to the full cost of that programme.
Where payment plans are offered:
-
They represent a commitment to pay the full fee
-
Payments remain due even if you leave early or are removed
Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely via third party providers.
All payments are non refundable, except where required by law.
Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to services while outstanding balances remain payable.
Payments are collected automatically on your billing date. If a payment fails, further attempts will be made over the following days and you'll be notified by email each time.
If it hasn't been rectified a £5 + VAT administration fee applies, charged once per failed billing cycle and invoiced separately. Access may be paused while your account is in arrears, and is restored once the membership payment and any fee are paid in full.
Behaviour
Girls in Property is a respectful and supportive space.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or misaligned with the values of the community. Removal does not cancel payment obligations.
Intellectual property and recordings
All content, materials, and recordings created as part of Girls in Property are the intellectual property of Girls in Property.
Sessions may be recorded. By joining the community or training services, you consent to the use of recordings that may include your voice or image for marketing, promotional, educational, or content purposes across platforms chosen by Girls in Property.
If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you are responsible for keeping your camera and microphone turned off.
Disclaimer
All services are educational and supportive only. We do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice. Any decisions you make are your responsibility.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
