The Girls In Property Annual Retreat
Our biggest and boldest event of the year.
Our Girls in Property Annual Retreats bring together over 80 women from across the property, finance and construction industries every year. Whether you're new to the industry or a seasoned pro, these events are created to support you at every stage of your journey.
We welcome expert guest speakers who cover a wide range of topics and share real stories from their journeys. One of the highlights from our last event was the Member Spotlight - featuring an incredible woman just one year into her property journey who had already built a portfolio of six properties. Her story was honest, relatable, and showed what’s possible with the right support and focus.

We also host eight expert tables, giving you the chance to sit down, ask questions, and get practical and personalised advice directly from experienced professionals.
These retreats only happen once a year and are a true celebration of women in our industry. They offer a space to connect, grow and support one another, while forming lasting business relationships and friendships. If you’re a woman in property, this is an event you won’t want to miss.

The Girls In Property Quarterly Workshops
Small groups. Big results.
These small, in-person workshops are held quarterly and limited to just 20
women. They’re designed to give you the chance to connect closely with others working in property and business.
These workshops are perfect for anyone looking for more hands-on support, meaningful face-to-face interactions and deeper conversations - all set in the beautiful surroundings of Audley Wood House in Basingstoke. Each workshop is typically co-hosted by Athena, joined by a guest expert who brings deep insight and real-world experience to the table.
Spaces are limited and tend to go quickly, so be sure to reserve yours early.

Community Summer & Winter Parties
Our Recent Girls in Property Summer Beach Party
In June, a group of women from our community came together for the Girls in Property Summer Beach Party on Bournemouth Beach. The wind nearly blew us away, but the Pimms was flowing and the connections were strong.
This day meant a lot to me, as it was a clear reminder of what we’re building - a real community and a sense of family, where everyone feels seen and heard.
My aim is to bring more of these events to life across the UK in the coming years.
Our Girls in Property Community Winter Party
Saturday 15th November 2025. Birmingham
Community members are invited to attend for FREE.
If you’re reading this and thinking you’d love to get involved with Girls in Property but you’re still on the fence, honestly just come and join us.
The more the merrier.
This is a party, not a property seminar, so you don’t need any experience to be there. This invitation is open to anyone who brings a good vibe, wants to be surrounded by like minded women, and fancies getting a feel for what Girls in Property is really about.

All we ask is a small investment of £49 per ticket.
